Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an Agreement with Weston & Sampson Engineers, Inc., Manchester, NH, for an amount not to exceed $740,679.19, for Preliminary Design Engineering Services for bridge rehabilitation or replacement in the Town of Exeter, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through March 30, 2029. 100% Federal Funds
