Authorize to enter into a contract with RELX, Inc. d/b/a Lexis Nexis, Newton, MA, in an amount up to and not to exceed $2,500,000 for Legal Research Services. Effective upon G&C approval or July 1, 2026, whichever is later, through June 30, 2031, with the option to extend for up to an additional two years through June 30, 2033.
