Authorize to exercise a sole source, retroactive contract renewal option with Lexis Nexis, a division of RELX, Inc, Newton, MA, for legal research services by increasing the price limitation by $502,930.60 from $284,000 up to and not to exceed $786,930.60 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025, to June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. The original contract was approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services on September 26, 2022.
