Authorize to enter into a contract with NDI Garage Door Professionals LLC, Plaistow, NH, for overhead door repair and maintenance services in an amount up to and not to exceed $1,300,000. Effective upon the G&C approval through February 28, 2031, with the option for extend for up to an additional two years.
