Authorize to amend an existing contract with the Foundation for Healthy Communities, Concord, NH, to continue serving as the Administrative Lead Organization for the statewide Health Care Coalition for emergency preparedness, response, and recovery by exercising a contract renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $1,230,000 from $6,941,809 to $8,171,809 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval.
