Description
Authorize to amend an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the New Hampshire Department of Energy, Concord, NH, for the continued administration of senior energy assistance services, by exercising a renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $82,200 from $164,400 to $246,600 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2028. Effective October 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. The original MOU was approved by Governor and Council on March 23, 2022, item #25 archived document and amended on September 25, 2024, item #34 archived document . 50% Federal Funds, 50% General Funds
