Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with The Prevention Certification Board of New Hampshire, Bow, NH, to continue providing the Prevention Specialist Mentorship Program, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $24,000 from $24,000 to $48,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028.
