Authorize to enter into a contract with Foundation for Healthy Communities, Concord, NH, in the amount of $404,107 to implement process improvement projects focused on the care of people experiencing substance use related concerns who are patients in their hospitals and/or hospital systems, including emergency departments, acute care units, and networked outpatient medical practices. Effective July 1, 2026 upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% General Funds
