Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Fidelity Information Services, LLC, Jacksonville, FL, to modify the scope of work and add funding for the Summer-Electronic Benefit Transfer program and for routine annual adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children program, by increasing the price limitation by $1,492,985 from $1,744,178 to $3,237,163 with no change to the contract completion date of November 30, 2032.
