Authorize to execute a sole source amendment to the contract with Gannett Fleming, Inc., d/b/a GFT Infrastructure, Inc., Camp Hill, PA, by increasing the contract by $2,920,464 from $5,743,406 to $8,663,870 for dam engineering services anticipated at Murphy Dam in Pittsburg, Newfound Dam in Bristol, and Hadley Falls Dam in Goffstown. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2028.
