Authorize to award a grant to Packers Falls Village Manufactured Housing Park, LLC, Somersworth, NH, in the amount not to exceed $43,875 for water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2028. (2) Authorize to approve a loan agreement with Packers Falls Village Manufactured Housing Park, LLC, Somersworth, NH, in the amount not to exceed $43,876 to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 485:F and N.H. Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1300 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
