Authorize an Aquatic Resources Mitigation Fund Program (ARM Fund) to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Hampton, NH totaling $587,600 for the purpose of restoring degraded sand dunes in the undeveloped tidal buffer zone and enhancing fringe marsh habitat adjacent to Plaice Cove Beach on the New Hampshire coastline in Hampton, NH. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2034. Fishing is a permissible use on the land. Hunting is not a permissible use on the property due to its proximity to residential areas, roads, and recreation areas. 100% ARM Funds
