Authorize to enter into a retroactive amendment to an existing contract with DG Roofing Inc., St. Johnsbury, VT for unforeseen additional materials and labor of a roof repair at our Lancaster Armory facility, by increasing the price limitation by $5,546.20 from $333,630 to $339,176.20.
