Authorize the Division of Planning and Community Development to award a grant to the Space Exploration Technologies Corp. as detailed in the letter dated May 4, 2026 in the total amount not to exceed $953,886.93 for fourteen project locations listed in the letter, supporting up to 75 percent of project costs for reserving network capacity to deliver broadband service that meets the BEAD program performance and technical requirements to unserved and underserved locations for the grant period. Effective upon G&C approval through May 31, 2040. 100% Federal Funds
