Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to retroactively provide funding to the Pease Development Authority to construct a perimeter/wildlife fence, at the Skyhaven Airport, Rochester, NH. Federal and State participation in the amount of $647,241, retroactive to April 6, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval through August 25, 2028. 95% Federal Funds, 5% State Funds
