Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 0.32 ± acres of State-owned land situated on the southerly side of Route 111A in the City of Nashua, County of Hillsborough. The sale will be directly to the Bishop Guertin High School Inc., who has agreed to purchase the land at fair market value for $14,400. The Department will assess an administrative fee of $ 1,100. Effective upon G&C approval. The unimproved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities. The Department’s Bureau of Finance and Contracts has confirmed that the parcel was originally purchased using 100% Highway Funds.
