Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a State-owned property directly to Elaine A. Brito and Decio L. Brito, for $340,000, with the Department assessing an administrative fee of $1,100. The property is a condominium unit within the Harris Pond Condominium Association, identified as Unit #44, with a physical address of 58 Merrimack Drive in the Town of Merrimack, County of Hillsborough. The subject property is identified as Merrimack Tax Map 1E Lot 1-44. (2) Further authorize to compensate H.G. Johnson Real Estate from the proceeds of the sale, a 5% commission fee of $17,000 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval. The subject property will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
