Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a contract with the New Hampshire Northcoast Corp., Ossipee, NH for an amount not to exceed $450,000 for track improvements on its privately-owned short line railroad that runs between Rollinsford and Ossipee, NH in Strafford and Carroll Counties. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027. 100% Capital General Funds
