Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with East Bluff Highlands Association, Meredith, NH, in the amount of $6,291.85 for the use of state-owned property in Meredith, NH along Lake Winnipesaukee. Effective July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030, upon G&C approval. The land will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities. Applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
