Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 0.42 ± acres of State-owned land situated on Pollard Road in the Town of Lincoln, County of Grafton. The sale will be directly to the Town of Lincoln (Buyer), which has agreed to purchase the land at the fair market value of $97,000. The Department will assess an administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval. The unimproved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities. The Department’s Bureau of Finance and Contracts has confirmed that the parcel was originally purchased using 90% Federal funds and 10% Highway funds.
