Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Turnstone Corporation, Milford, NH, for a total price not to exceed $8,205,400, for State House Annex Renovations Phase 2 Project. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of construction administration services, estimated to be December 31, 2027, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $300,000 be approved for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize the amount of $260,000 be approved for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for project management and engineering services. 100% Capital Funds
