Authorize to enter a contract with Joseph Seluk dba Majestic Masonry, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $1,000,000 for masonry and repointing services in all New Hampshire counties. Effective upon G&C approval through April 30, 2031, with the option to renew for an additional two-year period.
