Authorize the Division of Risk and Benefits to enter into an Agreement with USI Insurance Services, LLC, Bedford, NH, in an amount not to exceed $17,012,691 for producer services and administration of the Property and Casualty Insurance Program. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2031, with the option to extend for up to an additional two-year period with approval from the G&C. 25% General Fund, 75% Transfers from Other Agencies
