Authorize to enter into a contract with Keystone Peer Review Organization, LLC, McLean, VA, in the amount of $2,556,768 for the provision of Pre-Admission Screening Resident Review, Nursing Facility Level of Care, and Medical Eligibility Assessment services for individuals seeking admission to or currently residing in a Medicaid-certified nursing facility, or receiving services through the Choices for Independence 1915(c) Home and Community-Based Medicaid Waiver. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2028, with the option to renew for up to six additional years. 54% Federal Funds, 46% General Funds
