Authorize, on behalf of the Governor’s Commission on Addiction, Treatment, and Prevention to amend an existing Memorandum of Understanding with the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C 6/12/24, item #20, archived document ), for the continued provision of surveillance and related activities to prevent youth access to, and use of, tobacco and alcohol products by exercising a renewal option, by increasing the price limitation by $143,000 from $286,000 to $429,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. 35% Federal Funds, 61.5% General Funds, 3.5% Other Funds
