Authorize to amend existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated April 22, 2026, which were originally competitively bid (originally approved by G&C on 6/29/22, item #26, archived document ), to continue to operate Peer Support Agencies to provide peer support to individuals 18 years of age or older who self-identify as a current or former recipient of mental health services, or who are at a significant risk of becoming a recipient of mental health services, by exercising a contract renewal option by extending the completion dates from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028 and increasing the total price limitation by $7,586,542 from $15,423,084 to $23,009,626. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. 40% Federal Funds, 60% General Funds
