Authorize to enter into a sole source cooperative project agreement with University of New Hampshire, Durham, NH, in the amount of $88,900 to conduct a federally-required Market Rate Survey and Narrow Cost Analysis of licensed child care providers in New Hampshire. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to two additional years. 100% Federal Funds
