Authorize the Division of Learner Support to enter into a sole source amendment with Alma Technologies, Inc., Portland, OR (originally approved by G&C on 6/15/22, item #128, archived document ) by increasing the price limitation by $575,000 from $6,619,900 to $7,194,900 and extending the end date from December 8, 2026 to June 30, 2027, to continue to fund the iNHDEX IEP licensing fee for school year 2026-2027 as part of the development of the special education student information system. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds
