Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Office of Adult Education to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Nashua Adult Learning Center, Inc, Nashua, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, item #136, archived document ) by increasing the price limitation by $202,338.25 from $1,835,895.83 to $2,038,234.08 and extending the end date from June 30, 2026 to September 30, 2026 to continue to providing adult education and literacy programs as defined under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
