Authorize the Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation to exercise the first of two renewal options to an existing sole source contract with SaraWorks, LLC, Coeur D’Alene, ID (originally approved by G&C on 6/25/25, item #156, archived document ), by increasing the price limitation by $115,304.04 from $115,304 to $230,608.04, and extending the end date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027 to continue the use of the Semi-Autonomous Research Assistant as a software solution to better serve clients and assist staff with the administrative burden of client communication. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
