Authorize the Division of Learner Support, Bureau of Special Education to amend a sole source existing contract with Public Consulting Group, LLC, Boston, MA (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, item #152, archived document ), by increasing the price limitation by $1,150,941 from $3,151,542.08 to $4,302,483.08 and extending the end date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2028 to provide continued access to the New Hampshire Special Education Information System. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
