Approve Stephen D. Gaimari’s request to transfer, and to grant a five-year permit time extension for Wetland Bureau permit #2021 00790 to perform the following work on the Cocheco River in Dover (originally approved by G&C on 10/13/21, item #72M), in accordance with RSA 482 A:3, XIV a. This permit was originally issued to the Marie V. Hebert Revocable Trust. Comments submitted by the Dover Conservation Commission, stating their approval of the project as proposed, are included in the letter dated April 23, 2026.
