Authorize to accept and expend funds in the amount of $67,126 from New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Great Bay 2030 funds to develop a stream crossing program at NHDES. (2) Further authorize NHDES to establish one additional full time temporary position to serve as a Stream Crossing Coordinator. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Other Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on May 15, 2026.
