Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source amendment to an existing contract by executing an available two-year contract extension with ICF Resources, L.L.C., Reston, VA (originally approved by G&C on 12/20/23, item #82, archived document) , to continue a market campaign, pursuant to RSA 374-F:3 Vl-a (b), to increase awareness, understanding, and benefits of energy efficiency among New Hampshire energy consumers and direct them to available programs, by extending the end date from November 30, 2025 to December 31, 2027 and increasing the price limitation by $830,000 from $667,165 to $1,497,165. Effective retroactive to December 1, 2025 upon G&C approval through December 31, 2027. 100% Other Funds
