Authorize to enter into a contract with Securitas Security Services, USA, Inc., Manchester, NH, for security services at the State Military Reservation in Concord, NH in the amount of $1,946,184. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $38,923 for unanticipated expenses bringing the contract total to $1,985,107. Effective upon G&C approval for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, with the option of two one-year renewals.
