Authorize to exercise its final contract renewal option with Smith, Alvarez, Sienkiewycz Architects, P.C., Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 6/28/23, item #103, archived document ), for professional architectural services for the planning and design of various projects as necessary and required by the Department by increasing the price limitation by $500,000 from $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2026, or upon G&C approval, whichever is later.
