Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Stephens-Marquis Associates, Inc., Merrimack, NH on the basis of a low bid of $860,079 for fuel system replacement at Marlow Patrol Shed #403. (2) Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $43,003.95 be approved for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through July 30, 2027, unless amended by the Department in accordance with the Standard Specifications. 100% Other Funds
