Authorize the Bureau of Planning & Community Assistance to enter into an agreement totaling $120,000 with the Town of Westmoreland, NH to provide funding and services under the Local Public Agency (LPA) State Bridge Aid program through NHDOT’s Direct Managed LPA process. Effective upon G&C approval, through June 30, 2027 unless extended by the Department in accordance with standard specifications. 100% Other Funds (SB367 Funds)
