Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of State-owned land directly to Nawas Azam, for $99,000, with the Department assessing an administrative fee of $1,100 for a total of $100,100 due at closing. The parcel consisting of 1.55 ± acres of unimproved land is located on the southeasterly side of NH Route 106 in the Town of Belmont, County of Belknap, and is identified as Tax Map 122, Lot 60. (2) Further authorize to compensate NAI Norward Group from the proceeds of the sale, a 6 percent commission fee of $5,940 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval. The unimproved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such.
