Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell 0.93 acres +/- of State-owned land with improvements thereon, located on the southerly side of Thornton Road West, having a physical address of 53 Thornton Road West in the Town of Merrimack, County of Hillsborough. The sale will be directly to Megan and Stephen Follansbee, who have agreed to purchase the property at fair market value for $580,000. The Department will assess an administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval. The improved land will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will govern such activities.
