Authorize the Bureau of Mechanical Services to purchase seven Loader Backhoes from Milton Cat, in the amount of $1,021,300. These are utilized for the daily operations of maintaining and repairing the state roadways during summer and winter maintenance, including snow and ice removal operations, on state highways and interstates. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2026. 100% Highway Funds
