Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way petition for a hearing on the Wolfeboro 29615 project, for addressing the poor drainage conditions along Route 28 (South Main Street) between Pleasant Valley Road and Route 109 (Center Street), locally known as Pickering Corner. (2) Further authorize a Commission of Three Persons to be appointed by the Governor with the advice of the Executive Council to hold a hearing, and determine whether there is an occasion for the project.
