Authorize to assume from 2GRANITE PLACE LLC all of the remaining rights and unmet obligations under a partially performed Standard Form of Agreement between 2GRANITE PLACE LLC and CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION LLC, pursuant to the terms of the Assignment and Assumption Agreement dated March 26, 2026. Effective as of the closing of the Department’s pending purchase from 2GRANITE PLACE LLC of real estate located in Concord, NH known generally as the North Parcel at Granite Place. The maximum amount payable by the Department to CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION LLC under the assigned and assumed North Granite Place Construction Contract is $425,250. 100% Capital Funds
