Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Green Site Services Group, Inc., Franklin, MA (originally approved by the Commissioner of the Department of Administrative Services on 5/20/24), for petroleum and chemical spill response and clean-up services by increasing the price limitation by $700,000 from $200,000 to an amount up to and not to exceed $900,000 with no change to the contract completion date. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029.
