Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with National Jewish Health, Denver, CO (originally approved by G&C on 6/24/20, item #40, archived document ), to continue providing statewide tobacco treatment services to reduce tobacco use and dependence, by increasing the price limitation by $265,000 from $2,047,000 to $2,312,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
