Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Next Steps Community Services, LLC, Orford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/2/21, item #13, archived document ) for continued operation of two Designated Receiving Facilities for individuals who have developmental disabilities, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $2,025,387 from $3,415,645 to $5,441,032 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2029. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
