Authorize to amend existing contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated February 11, 2026 (originally approved by G&C on 6/26/24, item #59, archived document ) to continue providing Adult Day Program services for eligible individuals, by exercising contract renewal options by increasing the total price limitation by $667,080 from $1,334,160 to $2,001,240 and extending the completion dates from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2026, upon G&C approval. 55% Federal Funds. 45% General Funds
