Authorize to accept and expend grant funds pursuant to a Grant Agreement with the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service for financial assistance from the Land and Water Conservation Fund-State and Local Assistance (LWCF-SLA) Program, Boscawen Town Park IV, in the amount of $210,611 for the development of public outdoor recreation property. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize the Department, through the Division of Parks and Recreation, Bureau of Community Recreation, to award a grant to the Town of Boscawen, NH, under LWCF-SLA Program Boscawen Town Park IV, in the amount of $210,400, for the development of public outdoor recreation property. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2028. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved on April 17, 2026. Hunting and fishing are permissible uses of the land at Boscawen Town Park unless otherwise prohibited by state law.
