Authorize the Division of Planning & Community Development, to award $17,669,429.85 from the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment Program to three recipients, for fourteen projects, as detailed in the letter dated April 16, 2026, supporting up to 75 percent of project costs for eligible broadband infrastructure projects that bring broadband access to unserved and underserved locations. Effective upon G&C approval through May 6, 2030. 100% Federal Funds
