Authorize to exercise a renewal option and amend the contract with I.C. Systems Inc., St. Paul, MN (originally approved by G&C on 8/2/23, Item #25, archived document ) to extend the completion date from June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and continue to perform work with the DRA's Collection Division to collect delinquent debt. Effective upon G&C approval.
